I am a CA licensed Acupuncturist, board-certified herbalist, and Nutritionist. I hold a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Minnesota. I have completed a multitude of post-graduate studies in Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, pre/post- surgical Orthopedic therapies, Neurology, Fertility and Eastern Nutrition.

My study of nutrition and Chinese medicine began over 20 years ago when I discovered the benefits in my own life when struggling with insomnia, an unhealthy gut and an autoimmune disease. Learning how to treat these personal hardships became the vested interest and genesis for integrating my career in nutrition therapy with a healthcare profession in acupuncture & Chinese medicine.

I specialize, in both, healing musculoskeletal pain and soft tissue & sports injuries, along with helping people heal their gut, lose weight and get their digestive health back on track with weight loss acupuncture and nutrition therapy.

When not treating patients, I love spending time with my 2 silly adorable children, hiking with my Whoodle, playing the piano, scuba diving, decorating just about anything and cooking & baking for friends and family!
