It is equally my passion and my mission to help make our health a top priority everyday! Whether addressing physical injury or internal disharmony, I provide individualized acupuncture and herbal treatments and will often incorporate advanced techniques in orthopedic massage, PNF stretching, myofascial release, cupping, gua-sha and nutrition therapy, as needed, to get you the best results and improve your health condition and quality of life. I deeply believe in the trifecta of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and holistic nutrition therapy because they not only treat today's health conditions, but they work to prevent tomorrow's. About

I am a CA licensed Acupuncturist, board-certified herbalist, and Nutritionist. I hold a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Minnesota. I have completed a multitude of post-graduate studies in Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, pre/post- surgical Orthopedic therapies, Neurology, Fertility and Eastern Nutrition.
